First and foremost, thank you for the wonderful accommodation even though it was a short visit, your staff made my stay a wonderful one! My uncle and cousins loved the room during their visit in Cebu. When I arrived at the airport, Frank was already waiting for me up front which was a plus but the only issue I had with that, my name (signage) was sitting on the table with no driver. Frank was a huge help during my visit, he knows a lot of places from Island hopping, nightlife and bars, and authentic restaurants which were within a driving distance. He was pretty much my everyday driver whenever I need to go places. I enjoy the outdoor bar for quick snack and having the pool table for guests to utilize was a nice touch- a very good way to interact/socialize with other guests on property. I’m not really a fan of swimming pools when I travel by myself but having that on property provides an amenity for guests travelling with family. The room was exceptional and having the following amenities were practically what I needed especially in the Philippines: hot water, showers, kitchen area, refrigerator, 24hr. security, 24hr. guests services, compendium in room, complimentary internet access, living room space was an enjoyment for my family, the bed was absolutely comfortable, and having an independent air conditioning in every room was far beyond my expectations.

I am planning to visit again sometime in this April for less than a week and I wanted to ask some information regarding your apartments that are currently for sale particularly your One Bedroom Loft and Singe Suites available. If you could please provide me some details of these suites concerning prices, can I rent them to others, and who will manage my units while abroad. My intention to these units is to invest-long term purposes, retirement plans, and vacation homes when visiting Cebu.

stayed there on the night of saturday 24th and again on the night of saturday 31st October - in a standard room and then in a two bedroom loft apartment. have to say it was all simply superb and the staff are the best! will definately stay there again if ever in Cebu - thank you all - you made my fiancee Jenilyn very happy and I think her mother and brother were impressed too. (oh and thanks to Phelgie and all the staff involved with all the changes and stuff prior to arrival).

No problem at all. As I can say, the stay was 100% sucessfull. I not miss anything. I have been around in the Philippines, many times in Cebu as well. But your place is without any question the best place I have been. Fully furnitured with all the things an apartment should have. Maybe a bit noisy because of the people who work with finishing the other apartment there. But all in all, nothing to complain about. This is a first class place to stay.
Close to mall and all the other facilities.

I have allready recommended this to several people. I would be happy to stay there again if I come that way.

I wanted to let you know that Catalina and I had a great time staying at your place. We found your place a great place to stay while we were there. It was convenient and peaceful. Walking to town was a short 15 min. stroll and the taxi service on the street is a big help. The facilities were nice and new. We could see that there is allot going on there and that did not bother us. Your front door security guards were both polite and plesent to chat with. Your staff was able to help us out with our needs too. When
ever we asked them for something they were able to help. If we ever get back your way we would most seriously consider staying there again. Good luck with your ventures there.

You have very good services sketch and all services practise well. Condo/building and environment are very tidy and You have nice and professionally staff’s. Security arrangements are also good.

Ilyn and me enjoyed much to live in SDR. We will have possible also in future to use Your services. Our timetables of works will dominate our plans strongly. Our plan is still open for Dec/Jan, do we stay in Phil or Finland then. On Mar/Apr (May) our plan is stay in Phil and then we need Condo-services. Our specificed timetable for Mar/Apr (May) will be clear after Dec/Jan. thanks very much for Your helps.

I had a wonderful stay there. I will be back to Cebu and maybe it will be for a month next time. Of course I will be staying there if there is any availability. know the problems with e511…On the plus side I found you and your staff to be very helpful and friendly and
always took care of whatever problem I had promptly. I also liked it when one of your staff would always come

We had a wonderful time in Cebu just not long enough! Your apartments provided a great base for use to explore from. The little things made a difference such as the electrical power adaptor and getting Paul’s pants hemed so quickly. The security guys on the door were great, they were always super friendly and helpful. Supplying a map of Lapu-Lapu in your room foldered would be a good adition your some good information you already have in there. Thanks for all your help. See you next time we are in Cebu.

I had such a good time staying with you. I would be pleased for you to include my comments in your site.

SDR is a site under major renewal. The completed apartments are of a very high standard, and any guest can see that this will become amongst the best on Mactan Island. The location is excellent, a short walk to a great mall with everything you could need. All the staff are so friendly, my personal thanks to Joy who made us feel so welcome.

The prices are excellent, with no hidden costs that others often use to appear competative. Service is the same, laundry is wonderful with clothes delivered clean fresh and ironed at a most reasonable cost. (Unlike others who use this service to rip-off clients.)

Take it from really satisfied clients, stay at SDR. Look no further. I’m coming back, this is my home in Cebu. Thanks. See you soon.

The location’s proximity to Marina Mall, the airport, beaches and golf course makes it very convenient. I have stayed in both Shangri-La and SDR. The price is hugely different. Shangri-La costs USD250 per night (USD1750 per week). SDR charge USD199 per week. At SDR I can buy my own groceries nearby and cook in the apartment. I love the new business center and lounge area.

The service in SDR is fantastic service. It is second to none in Cebu. Thanks.

Fantastic apartments and a great price. Dale, thank-you for diving tips, we had a great time diving here. The two guys at Scotty’s Earl and Alvin are really nice guys. The little lady is very friendly too.

The apartment designs is stylish, well thoughtout and has everything you need. We will definitely be back next time we are in the Philippines. I am sure Donald & Beth we will back in the near time.
