Rates are quoted in US Dollars.

All rates include 12% Government Services Tax (GST) and service charge.

**Unless specified; Monthly rate for 1-year contract DOES NOT include utility bills (electricity, water, condo fees, etc.).

Occupancy extra fees are charged for extra beds for the 3rd person or more for our Studio Apartments and the 5th person or more for our Loft Apartments.

Children under 12 are free if utilizing the existing beds.

Inclusions:

• Free 4MB high-speed (cable) Internet.
• Complimentary airport pick-up for ALL bookings.
• Two complimentary room cleans per week.
• DVD player during your stay and free usage of DVD’s from our collection.
• Complimentary hot and cold water dispenser with the first 5 liters of water for free.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm, and checkout time is 12:00 pm. If you wish to check in earlier (subject to room availability), the charge is US$3 per hour prior to 2:00 pm. Late checkouts are charged at US$5 per hour.

Management reserves the right to adjust rates anytime.

(2) Walk-in rates are typically 37% higher than the advance Internet Promo Rate (if rooms are available).

* Internet Promo Rates are effective beginning July 15th, 2009, and are only applicable during our improvement program. To continually provide our clients the very best Cebu accommodation, we are adding more rooms. We have created the special Internet Promo Rates to compensate for any minor inconvenience.

* Above rates apply to occupancy of up to two people per room for studios and three people per room for lofts. Unless a child is 12 or under and doesn’t require additional bed

How to Reserve an SDR Apartment

Fill in Reservation Request form or CHAT NOW via our live 24-hour booking chat. If your chosen apartment is available on the dates you requested, SDR will immediately provide you with the total Internet Promo rental amount payable.

The amount you will send shall cover the first month’s rental for month-to-month stay or the actual period of your stay if it is less than a month. Once SDR receives the payment, your booking is confirmed and an official SDR receipt is issued.

Paying for Reservations

You have two payment options:

1. Telegraphic Transfer (electronic transfer) to SDR bank account

2. Western Union (WU)

You can pay cash to the nearest WU outlet in your area or online using your credit card.

If you pay cash, WU requires the following details:

Address: SDR Apartments Kiener Hills, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines 6015

After payment to WU, please e-mail us the MTCN receipt number. We will then e-mail an official SDR receipt for your records.

If you pay online via WU, the payee details and address is the same as above.

1. Advance Internet Promo Cash Rate for one-bedroom apartment via Western Union or SDR Bank Account

Monthly Rate: US$888

Weekly Rate: US$288

Daily Rate: US$50

Please note that reservations are NOT valid without “cleared funds” for the first-month rent or for the period you are staying (bookings of less than a month). You should receive a copy of your official receipt by e-mail as confirmation to your reservation.

Safety Deposit Boxes are available upon request. In room security box is provided free of charge. SDR takes no responsibility for lost property.

Rooms are strictly available on a first come, first serve basis.

Upon Check-In

Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a refundable security deposit of US$200 or equivalent in Philippine Peso in cash. This deposit will be returned to you less any deductions for consumables (mini bar) or services requested upon checkout.
In Case of Cancellation

SDR charges:

(a) 50% of the rent for the entire stay if cancellation is made fourteen days (14) or more prior to the check-in date.

(b) 100% of the rent for the entire stay if cancellation is made within (14) days prior to the check-in date.

(c) 100% of rent for shortening of stay after booking/check-in.

All rates include 12% government services tax (GST) and service charges.

SDR Management reserves the right to amend and revise their booking policies and terms & conditions at anytime without prior notice.
