I mainly ship small items like CDs, etc., but my last shipment only cost $12.98, and it got to Cebu from Tennessee in 1 week! Their rates are $8.50 per lb and their website is http://www.johnnyair.com/. I used their New York location and Analyn Diego took care of my shipment. Send her an email, and she'll give you their rates and instructions for shipping. By the way, they have several locations in the Philippines. The one I have used is in Cebu City, but I'm pretty sure they have at least one on each island and probably more around Manila. Hope this helps!
