The apartment building is over 10 years old and, being in the harsh climate of the Philippines, needs painting every few years. It is far from a beautiful building. It is not designed by leading architects. However, don’t be fooled by the cover of the book!

For those who haven’t yet experienced our service and rooms, our luxurious SDR room will rival most 4- and 5-star Cebu hotels. Not only that, but our standard apartments are larger than all 5-star hotel rooms in Cebu. More importantly, what you pay them for a room for a 3- to 4-night stay will accommodate you for an entire month in SDR Serviced Apartments. Throw in complimentary high-speed Internet, full kitchen equipment, DVD player, and a host of other standard benefits and you are miles in front. No surprise why our biggest problem is not having enough rooms to deal with the demand.
