Does SDR offer further discounts and how about hidden charges?

SDR’s rates for a large (36.5 square meters) fully furnished apartment with complimentary high-speed Internet, top-notch furniture, DVD player, Cable TV, etc. are the most economical rates in Cebu.
We don’t provide further discounts for our apartments from our extremely low Internet Promo Rates. In fact, for those who don’t reserve online, the prices are typically 37% higher, if we have availability!
Besides, SDR doesn’t charge additional 12% GST (government service tax) or 10% Service Tax like you find in most establishments. SDR also doesn’t charge additional charges for using your credit card.
SDR’s clientele is mostly composed of returning guests, and one of the main reasons they return is the value for money that our apartments represent.
